Emily Rose Designs takes no reponsibility for the quality of the images supplied by you and the resulting quality of the finished product. Emily Rose Designs will make a best effort to inform you if the quality of the finished product will be inferior before orders are printed.

Emily Rose Designs provides no warranty for incorrectness, misspellings or grammatical errors in text provided by you for use in captions, text or headings of Emily Rose Design's products.

Payment is to be made before the finished product is shipped and will not be shipped until payment is received in full. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, bank cheque, money order or EFT direct deposit. Please note we do not offer credit card facilities as yet.

Emily Rose Designs has a strict no return, no refund policy unless a product is damaged upon delivery or there are errors in the product which have obviously been made by Emily Rose Designs.
