- Just email, write or phone us.
- Digital photos can be posted to us on a CD (please save all digital images as jpeg's). Photo prints can be mailed to us for scanning, or we can arrange to pick them up (Melbourne metro area only).
- Order fulfillment varies depending on the product selected. Most products will be shipped to you within 2-3 weeks (super deluxe albums may takeup to 4-5 weeks).
- We will give you an estimated time of delivery when the order is placed. Should you require a product by a certain date, please let us know and we will work in with you. You will be contacted once your order has been sent to you.
CD's and original prints will be returned with your product. If you require these back sooner please let us know.
